The Grand Pavilion is a landmark commercial property offering blue chip office space in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. In 1998, the rapid growth in the offshore finance business in Cayman, allied to the prime location of the Grand Pavilion, led the owners to convert the building to provide top quality office space with first class management. The unique location and nature of the building, together with the strong reputation of the Thompson Group for management and customer service, led the building to be over 95% leased out prior to completion of the redevelopment, a high level of occupancy that has continuously been met or exceeded to this day.
